ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

MERCHANDISE (APPAREL & ACCESSORIES)
All merchandise orders are fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, a print-on-demand service. By placing an order for merchandise, you acknowledge that:

- All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged
- Processing times are 2-7 business days
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Custom-printed items cannot be returned for change of mind

THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
All spirit orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers which sell alcoholic beverages. Neither those licensed retailers nor John Fitch Distilling Company sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

BY ORDERING SPIRITS, YOU SWEAR AND AFFIRM THAT:
- You are over 21 years old
- You are purchasing solely for (i) self-consumption or (ii) gifting to a person in the U.S. who is at least 21 years old
- The state in which you are ordering and the state to which you are requesting delivery permit the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages
- The person receiving the shipment is at least 21 years old and will provide valid ID upon delivery
- You will not resell alcohol purchased through this site

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Fitch Distilling Company and licensed retailers for all costs, expenses (including legal fees), and damages arising from false representations regarding age or legal compliance.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All spirit orders are subject to acceptance and shipment by a licensed liquor retailer. No order is binding until shipped. The retailer may refuse any order for any reason, including:
- Technological errors or pricing mistakes
- Inability to verify age or delivery legality
- State law restrictions

If an order is refused after payment, your credit/debit card will be credited in full.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
Spirit purchases will appear on your bank statement as "BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR" or similar.

AGE VERIFICATION
A signature from a person 21+ with valid photo ID is required upon delivery of spirits. If no one of legal age is available to sign, the package will not be delivered and may be returned.

PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this site to:
- Purchase products if you are under 21 (for spirits)
- Provide false information
- Resell products purchased
- Violate any applicable laws

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of John Fitch Distilling Company and may not be used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
John Fitch Distilling Company is not liable for delays, damages, or issues arising from third-party fulfillment partners (Printful for merchandise, licensed retailers for spirits).

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
