All merchandise orders are fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner.

PROCESSING TIME
2-7 business days for production

SHIPPING TIME (USA)
3-10 business days after production

5-17 business days from order placement

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Available for merchandise. Delivery: 10-20 business days. Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Spirit orders are processed through compliant third-party licensed retailers.

WHERE WE SHIP
Service may be limited or unavailable in some locations due to local laws and restrictions. Spirits cannot be shipped internationally.

AGE VERIFICATION REQUIRED
⚠️ ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE (21+ YEARS) UPON DELIVERY

- Valid photo ID must be presented
- Carriers will NOT leave packages unattended
- No signature on file will be accepted

DELIVERY RECOMMENDATIONS
- Provide a shipping address where someone 21+ will be available during business hours
- Consider shipping to your workplace
- Request UPS hold at nearest pickup location if you cannot be home

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

We recommend ordering early in the week to avoid weekend warehouse delays.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, contact info@johnfitchdistilling.com immediately for replacement or refund. Include photos of the damage.

Note: Most damages occur due to multiple failed delivery attempts. Monitor your tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
