RETURN POLICY
MERCHANDISE (APPAREL & ACCESSORIES)
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged items during shipping
To request a return, email us at info@johnfitchdistilling.com within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
Approved returns will receive a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

SPIRITS & ALCOHOL
Due to U.S. state laws governing the shipment of alcohol, all spirits sales are final and we cannot accept returns of damaged or defective items.
However, if your spirits order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing us at info@johnfitchdistilling.com within 3 days of receiving your order, with clear photos or videos of the damaged product as proof.
Once we receive and review the proof, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.

FAILURE TO DELIVER
If you enter an incorrect delivery address or fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at info@johnfitchdistilling.com
If your order is returned to sender, you may receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus applicable shipping costs and a restocking fee.
